Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction
This policy applies to two types of purchases: (a) one-time course payments, and (b) community membership (subscription).
2. Course (One-Time Payment) — Refund Eligibility
A refund can be requested within 3 days of the purchase date.Condition: The downloadable/recorded course content (videos, PDFs, notes) must not have been accessed or downloaded.If you only attended a live session but did not touch the downloadable course content, this does not disqualify you from a refund.No refund will be given after the 3-day window has passed, or once the content has been accessed/downloaded.
3. Community Membership — Refund
A refund can be requested within 3 days of purchasing a new community membership.Since the community is hosted on WhatsApp/Telegram, it is not possible to track which messages you have read — so the "content not accessed" condition does not apply here.The only condition is: once the refund is processed, you must exit the group. Keeping access while holding a refund is not possible.Attending a live session does not disqualify a community refund either, as long as it's within the 3-day window.
4. Payment and Membership Terms
After the 3-day window, you may cancel your subscription at any time — this only stops auto-renewal for the next billing cycle.No refund or proration will be given for the current cycle you've already paid for.Your access will continue until the end of the cycle you've paid for, after which you'll be removed from the group (if you don't renew).
5. Failed / Duplicate Transactions
If money was deducted but access was not granted, or a payment was accidentally charged twice — this is treated separately from the conditions above. In such cases, a full refund will be issued without any conditions. Contact us immediately with the transaction ID.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email [Contact Email] with your order ID/transaction ID and registered phone number. For community refunds, you'll need to confirm your exit from the group.
7. Refund Processing Time and Mode
Once approved, refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days, back to the original payment method used (card/UPI/net banking).
9. Governing Law
Governed by the laws of India. In case of any dispute, the courts of [Your City, e.g., Bareilly/UP] shall have jurisdiction.
